Cartridge World Bloomingdale is pleased to announce the new Breast Cancer Awareness campaign being run by Cartridge World North America. Cartridge World NA has teamed up with National Breast Cancer Foundation to raise $100,000 for Breast Cancer Research. During the months of September and October customers can round up their sales transaction to include money to be given to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Cartridge World NA will contribute up to $25,000 in matching funds.
Frank Case, President of Cartridge World North America commented recently on the campaign. “In partnering with one of the leading cancer organizations in the world, we will support the foundation’s research and service initiatives – and help educate our customers about breast cancer issues. With so many people affected by breast cancer, this cause touches all of us. The “Round Up for Pink Ink” campaign gives us an opportunity to impact every community in the United States and Canada where a Cartridge World store is located.” Cartridge World Bloomingdale is proud to be a part of this campaign and offer our customers yet another way to impact our community.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation states that “Each year it is estimated that nearly 200,000 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer and more than 40,000 will die. Approximately 1,700 men will also be diagnosed with breast cancer and 450 will die each year. The evaluation of men with breast masses is similar to that in women, including mammography.”
Cartridge World Bloomingdale reminds you to come in during September and October and “Round Up for Pink Ink”. Remember that by purchasing your printer ink at Cartridge World you are not only helping to save the environment, but during the months of September and October you can help your friends and family as well.
